- Photocopying / Faxing / Printing Chart Notes – $30 for 1st 20 pages + $0.25pp + $60 per 10 minutes MD review of chart
- Rebooking of missed specialist / diagnostic imaging / tests appointment – $50

- Urgent processing fee for less than 7 day turn around – $50
