Uninsured Services

Certain services are not covered by the Ontario Health Insurance Plan. The following fees are determined based on suggested rates per the Ontario Medical Association. Individual physicians reserve the right to adjust or waive fees at their discretion.

Prescription Refills without an Appointment – $20

Late Arrival / No Show for Regular Appointment – $40

Late Arrival / No Show for Periodic Health Exam – $75

  • Other Forms not listed – $60 per 10 minute increment

Uninsured Medical Services / Procedures

  • Liquid Nitrogen for Benign Lesion – $20 per
  • Vaccinations (not covered by OHIP) – $25 per
  • Ear Syringing (if not medically necessary) – $50
  • Cosmetic Skin Excisions – $50+
  • Travel Medicine Advice / Consultation – $100
  • Drivers Medical Examination – $150

Administrative Services

  • Photocopying / Faxing / Printing Chart Notes – $30 for 1st 20 pages + $0.25pp + $60 per 10 minutes MD review of chart
  • Rebooking of missed specialist / diagnostic imaging / tests appointment – $50
  • Transfer of Medical Records (PDF/electronic) – $100
  • Urgent processing fee for less than 7 day turn around – $50
