Booking Your Appointment:
Current patients may schedule an appointment in person, by phone at (705) 324-2561, or online here. When booking an appointment, please identify the reason for your visit as accurately as possible. This allows the length of the appointment and the need for urgent availability to be triaged appropriately.
Preparing for Your Appointment:
- Don’t Forget Your Health Card. The Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care requires that we verify your health card at each visit.
- If you are requesting prescription renewals, please bring all of your prescriptions with you.
- Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to allow time for check-in, and for you to be seen by the nurse.
Appointment Cancelling / Rescheduling:
In order to be respectful of the medical needs of the community, please be courteous and call our office promptly if you are unable to attend an appointment. Appointments are in high demand, and your early cancellation will give another person the possibility to have access to timely medical care.
Late Arrivals / No Shows:
If you are late or do not show up to your appointment, you may be charged a no-show fee of $40 per missed appointment.
Patient Code of Conduct:
Help us maintain a safe and secure environment by treating others with respect and dignity.
Foul/abusive language, or aggressive/violent behaviour directed toward any staff or other patients of the Town & Country Medical Centre will not be tolerated and may result in your discharge from the practice.
Cell Phones:
Please be courteous with the use of cell phones and other electronic devices. We respectfully ask that you put your devices away while interacting with the staff, nurses, and physicians.
In order to maintain the privacy & confidentiality for other patients, photos and video recording are not allowed on this premises.
